Job Description

In the role of Architect, you will:

  • Do layout development/validation;
  • Be ordering design themes;
  • Do verification of technical designs taking into account MC and legislative standards in force;
  • Do follow-ups for the authorization processes of the development works, ISU and lighting company;
  • Be visiting the construction sites to follow up the works and to remedy any problems;
  • Be drawing up contracts according to procedure;
  • Be managing the electronic and physical database.

Qualifications

You can be our Architect, if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position; (Preferably in retail design/coordination)
  • Are a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning;
  • Are well organized at work and passionate about what you do;
  • Enjoy working in a team and communicating with different people;
  • Manage your time effectively and think in perspective;
  • Have advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD, Excel and Outlook;
  • Have an advanced level of English.
